Now Maridueña AKA KET is accused of what he said he’d left behind: putting his tag up on subway cars.

Lacking eyewitnesses, prosecutors offer a "novel
case." Prosecutors say "Maridueña (KET) is incriminated by the presence of his
distinctive KET tag on subway cars and by the fact that photographs of
those KET tags were downloaded onto his computer shortly after the
